About naiki
naiki is a small team of Linux kernel engineers. We do one thing: find out why your server crashed and tell you how to stop it happening again.
How we work
- Evidence before opinion
- Every finding in a report points at a stack, a structure or a log line you can check yourself. If the data does not support a conclusion, the report says so.
- Independent
- We do not sell kernels, agents, hardware or support subscriptions. Nothing in a report is shaped by who we would rather not blame.
- Small on purpose
- A senior engineer owns each case from the first reply to the final report. There is no tiered support queue and no hand-off.
We work on: RHEL, Rocky, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE, Amazon Linux, Oracle Linux and mainline kernels.
